MINISTER GRAHAM TO VISIT MOSCOW
Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham today announced that he will travel to Russia for a working visit, following the
NATO Summit in Prague. Minister Graham will be in Moscow from November 24 to 26, 2002.
"This visit will serve to sustain the momentum generated over the past year in our bilateral and trade relations and deepen
our collaboration on global security issues," said Minister Graham. "In discussions, our priority will be to continue progress
on the Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction, launched in June at the G8
Kananaskis Summit."
While in Moscow, Mr. Graham plans to meet with Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Igor Ivanov and Deputy Premier
Victor Khristenko, as well as members of the Russian Duma.
