PARADIS - VISIT TO VANCOUVER

Media representatives are advised that Secretary of State for Latin America, Africa and La Francophonie, Denis Paradis, will be visiting Vancouver, British Columbia, on Monday, March 3, 2003. Mr. Paradis will visit a French immersion school and deliver a public speech at the Liu Institute for Global Issues, where he will speak about Canada's contribution to the G8 Africa Action Plan in response to the New Partnership for Africa's Development.
