Media representatives are advised that International Trade Minister Pierre Pettigrew will participate in a number of
activities organized to highlight the benefits of the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service from Tuesday, April 15, to
Thursday, April 17, in Halifax, Moncton and Charlottetown.
In each city an event has been organized by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade to provide local
businesses that are currently exporting and others that are interested in getting into export markets with the opportunity to
exchange information with trade staff from Canadian embassies and consulates in export markets as well as with other local
exporters.
