KILGOUR TO ADDRESS THE CANADIAN COUNCIL FOR THE AMERICAS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN TORONTO ON MARCH 27.
The Honourable David Kilgour, Secretary of State (Latin America and Africa), will address the Canadian
Council for the Americas Annual General Meeting in Toronto on March 27.
His speech, entitled "Canada in the Americas," will focus on Canada's agenda in the Americas, including
the current and proposed Free Trade Agreements, the Free Trade Area of the Americas and the Summit
of the Americas.
