John Manley, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will deliver the keynote address at the Public Policy Forum Conference entitled "Canada's Policy Choices: Managing our Border with the United States," in Toronto on Wednesday, November 28, 2001.

The Public Policy Forum is a national, non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of public policy and public sector management in Canada through dialogue among the public, private and voluntary sectors and labour.
