Bill Graham, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will deliver the keynote luncheon address at the 17th annual Parliamentary Dinner and Policy Conference of the Canada-Israel Committee on Wednesday, March 6, 2002, at 12:00 p.m.

On Thursday, March 7, 2002, at 10:50 a.m., Minister Graham will meet with Israeli President Moshe Katsav to discuss Canada-Israel relations and the current situation in the Middle East.
