BACKGROUND BRIEFING ON MONTREAL CONFERENCE
WITH HAITIAN DIASPORA

Government officials from Foreign Affairs Canada and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) will hold a background briefing on December 9 to discuss the Conference with the Haitian Diaspora, which will take place in Montreal on December 10 and 11.
