Our community: energized, enabled, empowered

  • Our community is the new and emerging group of federal public servants with disabilities committed to addressing access issues and who are reaching out to one another
  • Energized (also will serve as theme for day 1) - we are energized by our action plan and by our achievements and successes
  • Enabled (also will serve as theme for day 2) - it's all about obtaining more access to lead productive work lives - accommodations and sensitivity awareness enable us to do and be our best
  • Empowered (also will serve as theme for day 3) - it's about working in partnership with managers to create an inclusive and barrier free workplace
