    PSHRMAC Managers’ Network members contributions:

    PSHRMAC Managers’ Network is continually looking for people committed to the growth of our community. If you feel you can make a difference, or wish to assist with one of our initiatives, contact the PSHRMAC Managers’ Network coordinator.

    About the Network

    PSHRMAC Managers’ Network was launched in September 2005, as an initiative of PSHRMAC Managers Champion, Jill LaRose.

    Upon the departure of Jill LaRose in February 2006, Rick Burton assumed the role as Champion for the Network.

    PSHRMAC Managers’ Network joins the other departmental and regional managers’ networks of the federal public service that form the National Managers’ Community.

    Mandate - Our mandate is to provide an open and inclusive forum in which PSHRMAC managers can improve their individual and collective capacity to contribute to PSHRMAC’s and the Public Service goals and mandate.

    Objectives - Our objectives are to share experiences, connect with the like-minded people, learn in interactive situations, network with the larger management community, and foster our sense of enthusiasm.

    Leadership – PSHRMAC Managers’ Network draws its leadership from each one of us. We are committed, engaged, bold, visionary and innovative.

    Relationships - The relationships within the PSHRMAC Managers’ Network are: positive, enriching, respective, open, energetic, extraordinary, in constant evolution. Every member can get support, learn, test ideas, share and connect with each other.

    Structure - The structure of PSHRMAC Managers Network is informal, where all members are at the same level, working collaboratively to share information and to establish a direction for growth with shared leadership.
