What is an on-line Centre of Practice?
A web-based tool that allows a community to share knowledge with its members
through on-going dialogue.

- Adopt, with the help of the Core Group, a Community Charter for the Centre

- Undertake a round of visits in regions to introduce and promote the Centre
(April- May)
- Identify and train subject editors
- Hold the official launch of the Centre (September)
