Channels of choice

The Government of Canada is committed to providing the public with access to government information at the time and place of their choosing. Under this "channel of choice" framework, Canadians are able to access information on the Government of Canada by telephone, on the Internet or in person.

Communication Canada contributes to the channel-of-choice commitment by managing the telephone and Internet channels.
