The named corporation either is subject to Part X of the Financial
Administration Act and listed in Schedule III, Part I, or Schedule III, Part II;
has been directed by an order in council to report as if it were a parent Crown
corporation; is exempt from divisions I to IV of Part X of the Act (shown as Exempt); or
is exempt from Part X, which comprises divisions I to V.
