Sustainable Transportation: The Canadian Context
The monograph Sustainable Transportation: The Canadian Context is a Canadian contribution to the dialogue at the Ninth Session of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development (UN CSD), April 16 to 27, 2001.
The monograph describes the state of transportation in Canada and highlights Canadian
activities that are moving us toward a more sustainable transportation system — one that is safe,
efficient, and environmentally friendly.
