Technical Requirements

To view, download and/or purchase through Freelaw^®, you need the free software Adobe Reader which allows you to access files in PDF (Portable Document Format) . 

NOTICE: Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0  users have experienced technical difficulties opening documents.  If your operating system is Windows NT or XP we recommend upgrading to Adobe Reader 5.1 or higher.  Click here to save the file to your computer.  We recommend saving the file to your desktop.  After saving, double-click and follow the installation instructions.  For other Operating Systems please refer to the Adobe website, Adobe.com or the Downloads section below.  Queen's Printer does not provide detailed assistance to install the software.

Once installed access the desired document. If you are prompted with a "Save File" window, either:

- Adobe Reader is installed and not operating correctly, or

- Adobe Reader is not installed

Purchase

Purchase publications on the Internet from Saskatchewan Queen's Printer or Government of Saskatchewan Publications Centre. Each electronic file has the purchase option.  In order to process transactions securely you need to have a 128-bit compliant browser.  If your browser is not compliant, please access the Downloads section below to upgrade.

Follow the download instructions on the respective websites for free versions (fee-based enhanced downloads are also available).
