Assessment Forms

NOTE:  The Saskatchewan Gazette is published every Friday. The Queen's Printer must receive the Notice information in our office by NOON the Thursday of the week prior to the publishing date of The Saskatchewan Gazette. If a holiday occurs in that week, the cut-off dates have been adjusted (see table below).

Assessment Forms are for the specific use of the Administrators or staff of Saskatchewan Northern, Rural and Urban Municipalities ONLY.

Administrators: Please select the appropriate On-Line Assessment Form, indicated by the  and the Municipality link under Assessment Forms, as shown on right-hand navigation.

The Saskatchewan Gazette cut-off dates, for submissions to be published in Part I, will adjust for the following days due to the office being closed for Government of Saskatchewan Designated Holidays:
