These instructions contain policy and administrative information related to the issue of pay and allowances, reimbursement for travel, and other expenses arising out of military service as applicable to CF members.Where appropriate, instructions have replaced articles repealed from Queen's Regulations and Orders. To avoid confusion, the numbering format has not changed. Thus, “CBI xyz” replaces “QR&O xyz.”
