Welcome to the Corporations Canada's Electronic Filing Centre. We are pleased to offer you this timely and convenient method of making submissions to the Director, Canada Business Corporations Act ("CBCA"). Over the course of the next year, all CBCA services will be available through this site.

When payment of a fee is required, the "Strategis Secure On-Line Electronic Commerce System" will ensure that on-line credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express are processed with complete security.

To use the Electronic Filing Centre, please register with Strategis Secure Server Facilities. Once registration is complete, access to the system is available to you at any time to notify the Director, CBCA, of a change using the screens designed for this purpose.
