Winnipeg, Manitoba - The Honourable Carol Skelton, Minister of National Revenue and Minister of Western Economic Diversification, is pleased to announce that Mr. Doug O’Brien of the Greenstone Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC), is the recipient of the 2005 Minister’s Award for Excellence in CFDC Volunteerism.
