By answering the questions in our On-line Shopping Assistant you will assess quickly whether you are getting the information you need before making a purchase. Reputable merchants will provide you with all the information you need to make informed on-line buying decisions.

The assistant is designed to remain on your screen while you review a merchant's web site. To use the assistant:

1. Click on the On-line Shopping Assistant link below to use the tool;
2. Bookmark it by pressing Ctrl-D;
3. Call it up once you are on a merchant's website. On Internet Explorer click on "Favorites" and on Netscape click on "Bookmarks" to access your list of bookmarks.

If the Assistant should disappear as you move around the merchant's Web site, call it back by clicking the icon on your task bar (usually at the bottom of your screen).
