The Manual of Patent Office Practice (MOPOP) is maintained to ensure that it reflects the latest developments in the Canadian patent laws and practices.

Chapters currently under review

We are currently rewriting the following chapters and are asking patent examiners, patent professionals, as well as the general public, to provide feedback and suggestions. Suggestions should ideally include draft wording for insertion in the manual and not merely comments of the existing text.
