Privacytown - Grocery Store

What we purchase says a lot about us as people. In the United States, some police forces target store customers who buy large quantities of plastic baggies, fearing that they are involved in the drug trade. In Canada, police suspected a man was growing drugs in his basement. Without a warrant, they accessed his electrical bills to see if he was using too much electricity. Criminal behavior aside, our purchasing habits contain information we may not want the world to know about.
