Trade Data Online: This source of customs-based international trade statistics now provides ten full years worth of data on Canada and U.S. merchandise trade, as well as information on Re-Exports and Trade Balances. Advanced features now provide the ability to save, edit and re-run groups of customized reports by product or by industry.

At the Corporations Directorate Electronic Filing Centre you have access to a variety of online applications which allow for fully secure payment for two-way filing and issuance of documents under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA). Now, in addition to on-line incorporation and on-line filing of annual returns, five new applications are available:

  • Articles of Amendment
  • Articles of Dissolution
  • Statement of Intent to Dissolve
  • Statement of Revocation of Intent to Dissolve
  • Certificate of Compliance
Over the course of the next year, all key CBCA services will be made available to you through the Corporations Directorate Electronic Filing Centre. So stay tuned, there's still more to come!
