Terms and Conditions

The contribution will be administered and paid in accordance with the contribution agreement, which will set forth the terms of the contribution, the obligations of both parties and the conditions under which payments will be made.

Public Acknowledgment and Recognition

Contribution agreements will include provisions regarding appropriate recognition and acknowledgment of the Government of Canada’s contribution to the project in all promotional materials, including press releases, advertising and printed or on-line publications. The extent of recognition will be commensurate with the size of the federal contribution in relation to contributions by other funding bodies or participating organizations.

Duration of program

These terms and conditions will remain in effect until March 31, 2008. All projects will be completed by March 31, 2008.
