Services - Holiday Season

November 29, 2004

Please note the following changes to our service standards over the upcoming period of high volumes of applications. These temporary changes will be in effect for the period of December 6th, 2004 to January 10th, 2005.

Batch Service
Anyone who qualifies for this service should have approximately a two (2) day service.
Visitors
1)  from outside the National Capital Area:

Visitors will have a one (1) hour turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporatiion or amendment applications.		 Visitors
2)  from within the National Capital Area:

Visitors will have a one (1) day turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporation or amendment applications.
Electronic Filing
The Incorporation Requests will be analyzed within a period of two days.

Our service will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from December 17th 2004 to January 5th 2005 inclusively.

Clients in the regions will be able to use the services of our regional office in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal to incorporate CBCA corporations using numeric names or pre-approved names. They will also be able to obtain Certificates of Compliance from these offices. Requests sent will be treated on a first in, first out basis. The locations of our Regional Offices are:

  • Montreal office at 5 Place Ville Marie, 7th Floor, Suite 700, telephone (514) 496-9630

It should also be noted that all our offices will be closed on December 27th and 28th, 2004 and on January 3rd, 2005.
