Holiday Season 2005

Please note the following changes to our service standards during the coming holiday season. These changes will be in effect from December 5, 2005 to January 9, 2006. Please note, however, that all of our offices will be closed on December 26 and 27, 2005 and on January 2, 2006.

Batch Service

If you qualify for this service you should expect to receive approximately a two (2) day service.

Visitors to our Ottawa Headquarters

1. from outside the National Capital Region:
   
   Visitors can expect to receive a one (1) hour turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporations or amendment applications.
   
   
2. from within the National Capital Region:
   
   Visitors can expect to receive a one (1) day turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporations or amendment applications.

Electronic Filing

Incorporation Requests will be analyzed within a period of two days.

From December 16, 2005 to January 4, 2006 inclusive, this service will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

Clients outside of the National Capital Region will be able to use the services of our regional offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal to incorporate CBCA corporations using numeric names or pre-approved names. They will also be able to obtain Certificates of Compliance from these offices. Please note, however, that requests sent to these offices will be treated on a first-in, first-out basis.
