Services - Holiday Season

Please note the following changes to our service over the upcoming Holiday Season. These temporary changes will be in effect from December 3rd, 2001 to January 4th, 2002. Please also note that we will do our best under the circumstances to maintain normal service levers.

Batch Service

Anyone who qualifies for this service should have approximately a two (2) day service.

Visitors

1. from outside the National Capital Area:
   
   Visitors will have a one (1) hour turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporations or amendment applications.
   
   
2. from within the National Capital Area:
   
   Visitors will have a one (1) day turnaround service on simple CBCA incorporations or amendment applications.

Clients in the Pacific region will be able to use the services of our regional office in Vancouver to incorporate CBCA corporations using numeric names or pre-approved names. They will also be able to obtain Certificates of Compliance from this office. Requests sent to the Vancouver office will be treated on a first in, first out basis. It should also be noted that all our offices will be closed on December 25th and 26th, 2001 and on January 1st, 2002.
