MINISTER STRAHL TO MEET WITH INDUSTRY LEADERS IN FREDERICTON

Ottawa, February 22, 2006 – Federal Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board Chuck Strahl will be in Fredericton on Thursday, February 23 to meet with leaders of the New Brunswick agriculture and agri-food industry and to visit the Potato Research Centre. Media will have an opportunity to join Minister Strahl on a tour of the centre’s labs. Following the tour, the Minister will be available to speak to media.
