Preface

Radio Standards Specification-Gen, Issue 1 sets out general requirements and provides information for the certification of radiocommunication equipment. This document must be used in conjunction with other Radio Standards Specifications (RSSs) specifically relevant to the equipment for which certification is sought.

This document will be in force as of the publication date of Canada Gazette notice SMSE-010-05, after which the public has 90 days to make comments. Comments received will be considered, and a new issue or a revised version of this issue may be developed.
