In order to access this area of the Web site you will be required to register with Strategis. This is a free registration that also provides access to other sections of Strategis. Once registration is complete, access to the system is available to you at any time to notify the Director, CBCA, of a change using the screens designed for this purpose.

When payment of a fee is required, the "Strategis Secure On-Line Electronic Commerce System" will ensure that on-line credit card payments using American Express®, Mastercard®, or Visa® are processed with complete security.
