Filing a Revised Trade-Mark Application
(Form for Trade-mark agent)

Shortcut to form

How to access this form

1. The application form is located on a secure server on the Strategis site. If you do not already have a username and password you will need to create one with Strategis.

2. If submitting a certified copy, payments can be made using:

– American Express, MasterCard or VISA
– CIPO Deposit Account
This is not a debit card account. Please do not include any bank account information on the application. Contact the Client Service Centre for more information.

3. If you are a new user of this system, you will need to activate your Strategis username by contacting the Trade-marks Formalities Section by phone at (819) 997-2841 or by facsimile at (819) 953-2244.

Note: It is important to provide the Formalities Section with your Strategis username in the same way that it was applied for. The Strategis username is case sensitive and must be recorded exactly as it was applied for.

Future Correspondence

All further correspondence pertaining to this application will be by regular mail.
