REGULATIONS AMENDING THE ANIMALS OF THE FAMILY BOVIDAE AND THEIR PRODUCTS IMPORTATION PROHIBITION REGULATIONS, NO 2

The Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food and the Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to section 14 of the Health of Animals Act^a, hereby make the annexed Regulations Amending the Animals of the Family Bovidae and Their Products Importation Prohibition Regulations, No. 2.

amendment

1. The portion of subsection 2(1) of the Animals of the Family Bovidae and Their Products Importation Prohibition Regulations, No. 2¹ before paragraph (a) is amended by replacing the reference "January 30, 2005" with "March 31, 2005".

coming into force

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
