D-94-12 entitled "Seed Potato Certification Program - Inspection of Tubers", dated March 25, 1994 (Original) is revoked. The revocation is based on the following information: information and instruction provided in the directive are presently out of date, and all the appropriate elements are now included in the Seed Potato Inspection Manual.
