On September 26, 2019, the Supreme Court of Canada sat in Winnipeg to hear the appeal in the case of Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique, Fédération des parents francophones de Colombie-Britannique, et al. v. Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia, et al. The CSFCB case saw the participation of no less than thirteen graduates, professors or friends of the French Common Law Program

How do you teach leadership? Can you truly train an individual to be a leader? An emerging interdisciplinary group of uOttawa faculty members is exploring innovative ways of doing just that. They are endeavouring to spread their leadership training methods across disciplines, to move leadership development beyond its traditional home in business schools, and to link the application of leadership directly to research. The experiment has already begun at the Faculty of Law.
