Nearly 200 active-duty service members became America's newest U.S. Citizens during weekend military naturalization ceremonies held in Afghanistan, Germany and Iraq. During the ceremony in Frankfurt, Germany, USCIS Director Emilio Gonzalez presented a posthumous U.S. citizenship certificate to Salina Jimenez for her late husband Sergeant David Jimenez-Almazan.
