Captain Antonio Spinelli

Captain Antonio Spinelli joined the Forces right out of high school and after serving for nine years suffered a service-related spinal cord injury which paralyzed him from the waist down.

Master Corporal Michelle Hogan

Michelle is a supply technician earning $4,100 a month. During her 20 years of service, the physical demands of her job have caused her to suffer back-related problems. At the age of 40, Michelle voluntarily releases from the Forces. Let's see how the new Charter will help Michelle in her transition to civilian life.

Master Corporal Harry Labelle

At the age of 41, Master Corporal Harry Labelle voluntarily releases from the Forces after 20 years of service and he is in some need of assistance getting back into the civilian workforce.

Sergeant Terry Henderson

Sergeant Terry Henderson was a Class B Reservist in for the Canadian Forces and was earning $3,755 a month when he suffered a lower back injury while on duty. At the age of 42, the Sergeant voluntarily released from the Forces to start a new career on "Civvy" street.

Captain Scott Carpay

Captain Scott Carpay joined the Forces at the age of 22. Seven years later, he was earning $3,950 a month when he died suddenly in a field training accident, leaving behind his wife, Charmaine and their two children.
