Benefits Provision and Payment Guidelines

Benefit Provision And Payment Guidelines have been established for all providers who:

• supply services and benefits pursuant to the Veterans Health Care Regulations and;
• who accept payment through assigned benefits using the Treatment Accounts Processing System administered by Blue Cross of Atlantic Canada and its agents under contract with Veterans Affairs Canada.

Participating providers agree to accept the terms of the Benefit Provision and Payment Guidelines and to act in accordance with the terms of these guidelines.
