Ste. Anne's Centre

The Ste. Anne's Centre was established in July 2002 and opened its doors to a new clientele -- Canadian Forces members and veterans.

The Centre provides various mental health care services as well as specialized services for trauma resulting from military service. A team of psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses and other professionals is using an interdisciplinary approach to offer care that is at the forefront of knowledge, specifically in terms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder or other psychological injuries related to military trauma.

Services Offered

Professionals of the new Centre offer such services as:

  • Reception;
  • Evaluation;
  • Individual or group psychotherapy;
  • Hospitalization;
  • Family or couples therapy;
  • Family support;
  • Support to victims of operational stress;
  • Psychosocial education, pharmacotherapeutics, osteopathy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pastoral, etc.

Since the Centre opened, more than 100 Canadian Forces members and veterans have benefited from these services.
