We would like to welcome you to the Care for the Caregiver Program. We are pleased that you are able to participate in the Workshops and hope you will find them helpful.

The purpose of these Caregiver Workshops is to enable caregivers to older adults to meet so that they can discuss their experiences with others who are in similar situations. The Workshops provide an opportunity to learn about the aging process and how caregivers can care for themselves.
