POC 10 - Prescription Drugs

POC 10 provides drug products and other benefits dispensed by a pharmacist. This includes most prescription drugs, some over-the-counter medications and some medical supplies. A majority of benefits can be readily accessed by eligible clients who have a prescription from their physician or dentist. To better safeguard client health, however, some benefits may have to be pre-authorized by the Department.
