Answering your call

In the last issue of Salute!, we made a promise to you that we would respond to your call as quickly as possible. We believe in keeping our promises. That's why we have more than 100 dedicated client service employees across the country. When you call 1-866-522-2122, one of these employees will answer your call as quickly as possible. We would like to introduce you to two members of our Client Service team who answer your calls:

Joan

Photo #1 Caption: "I'm committed to treating all of my clients the same way I would want a member of my family to be treated. The direct contact with veterans and their families is very important to me and we are doing our best to meet their needs." - Joan works in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and has been with the Department for more than 24 years.

Trisha

Photo #2 Caption: "We do our very best to help you and make sure that your needs are being met. If I am unable to answer all of your questions I will direct your request to someone who can help." - Trisha works in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and has been with the Department for more than eight years.

Check Your New Phone Book

Each year, your local telephone company issues new phone books. Unfortunately, we have learned that some phone books that were published in 2004 do not include the correct toll-free national phone number for our Department. If you need to contact us for information on your services and benefits, please call 1-866-522-2122.
