CHUL Veterans' Unit Officially Opens

Smiles were the order of the day in November when the Honourable Dr. Rey D. Pagtakhan officially opened the newly renovated Veterans' Unit located in the Centre Hospitalier de l'Université Laval (CHUL) in Quebec. The modernized facility, which is home to 36 Veterans, is now better suited to meet the special needs of residents who have memory or behavioural disorders. Veterans Affairs Canada funded the renovations under an agreement with the Quebec Regional Health and Social Services Board.
