Stop #7 - Maple Leaf Room

Beyond the shunt, to the right, is a small room used for stores and ammunition.

On the right is another storeroom. It was here that one of the soldiers carved this maple leaf. The tunnel opposite led to the main defence line.

The passage to the left led to the headquarters of one of the infantry battalions. At the time of the Battle of Vimy Ridge, it was Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.
