ISDF: A Framework for Success

At some time in the near future, you may be talking to a member of Veterans Affairs Canada who refers to something called the Integrated Service Delivery Framework. You may wonder how it affects you. Very simply, it means we're refining the way we do business so that our staff will be in a position to continue to meet your needs quickly and efficiently.

As part of this Framework, the Department will be rolling out a number of initiatives that build on the very best of what we've always done in the past so that we can pioneer new ways of serving you better in the future. These initiatives will be introduced in stages over the next three years. Stay tuned for more information in the next issue of Salute!
