As a result of the Parliamentary review of the Lobbyists Registration Act undertaken in the Spring of 2001, the Government prepared and tabled the necessary legislation (Bill C-15, An Act to amend the Lobbyists Registration Act) to build on the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee.
