Represent a client

This secure service lets you and/or your business deal with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as a representative for someone such as a client, friend, or family member. To use this service, you must:

• log in with your epass;
• register yourself or your business with the CRA as a representative;
• provide your Business Number (BN) or RepID (generated when you register for this service) to your client, friend, or family member so they can authorize you to use this service; and
• be authorized by that client, friend, or family member.
