The Management/Gestion (MG) Group

The CRA is the first government department or agency to create a unique occupational group for managers. At the CRA we recognize the importance of managers in achieving our organizational goals, since they are responsible for managing people, work, and money. We need strong leaders who will: connect the corporate strategy to the front line, be agents of change, and effectively manage people.
