On November 14, 2005, the Minister of Finance announced proposed income tax measures that are effective as of January 1, 2005.

To get the forms and information you need to file your General income tax and benefit return for 2005:

In the list below, select the province or territory in which you resided on December 31, 2005.
If you were a deemed resident or non-resident of Canada in 2005, select "Non-residents of Canada" at the end of the list below.
