DFO’s Regulatory Plan for 2005 and Regulatory Report for 2004

1. The first document consists of two parts:
    
   1. Pre-Published Regulations - Regulations approved by the Treasury Board (TB) and pre-published in the Canada Gazette (Part I), and
       
   2. Published Regulations - Regulations approved by the TB and published in the Canada Gazette (Part II).
       
2. The second document entitled Proposed Regulatory Amendments in 2005, is a list of regulatory proposals the Department of Fisheries and Oceans anticipates will be published in the Canada Gazette. This document is for information purposes only and is subject to change.
