Access to Customs Delegation of Power Instruments
This section contains electronic copies of delegation instruments that the Minister made under An Act to Amend the Customs Act and the Criminal Code, the Copyright Act, the Customs Act, the Customs Tariff, the Trade-marks Act and various statutory instruments, and under which the Minister's powers, duties or functions, as specified, have been delegated to a designated official of the Agency.
