If you wish to send plan-related information to us by courier, especially RRSP/RRIF listings on CD, please note the following:
- information related to particular plans is sensitive information that must be handled securely;
- there is no package reception service at our Place de Ville location; and
- plan submissions need to be routed via our plan information holdings office, to be joined to related files as necessary before we can process them.
